Floridian death metal band Obituary have been letting faces for forty years!
Originally formed in 1984, their band members currently include John Tardy (vocals) Donald Tardy (drums), Trevor Peres (rhythm guitar), Terry Butler (bass) and Ken Andrews (lead guitar).
They have released eleven studio albums, including Slowly We Rot (1989), Cause of Death (1990), The End Complete (1992), World Demise (1994), Back from the Dead (1997), Frozen in Time (2005), Xecutioner's Return (2007), Darkest Day (2009), Inked in Blood (2014), Obituary (2017) and Dying of Everything (2023).

Just wow, vocals wow, guitar wow, drums wow, bass wow, stage performance wow, still find it amazing that they can perform so fucking amazingly being such an older death metal band.

From an incredible opening act in Pest Control to a stellar performance by Obituary the whole night was a triumph. I feel very lucky that we managed to get two bands of such high calibre in a city that is frequently forgotten about on touring schedules.
