Join us for a special celebration honouring Nottingham’s own Stanley Middleton, winner of the 1974 Booker Prize for his acclaimed novel ‘Holiday’. Find out about Middleton’s life and work and the event will feature a reading of a passage from his award-winning book.


Don’t miss the chance to see the prestigious Booker Prize statuette, which will be presented to the Local Studies Library and displayed on the first floor of the Nottingham Central Library for everyone to admire.
