Raised in East London, songwriter Yazmin Lacey relocated to Nottingham where she developed her smoky, soulful take on jazz. Rising from the midland’s scene to national attention, she looks set to become the next big thing.
Her debut album Voice Notes dropped in 2023 and features the title track plus singles “Legacy”, “Bad Company” and “Late Night People”.

This is the third time we have seen Yazmin and really enjoyed the gig - our only criticism would be why do people buy tickets to a gig and then continue to talk all the way through it - it is totally inconsiderate to the artist and those who have paid to enjoy the gig. If you want to talk, go somewhere else, however I doubt they would read this!
