Y&T are a hard rock / heavy metal band from Oakland, California. First formed in 1974, the quartet consists of Dave Meniketti (lead guitar, lead vocals), John Nymann (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Mike Vanderhule (drums, backing vocals) and Aaron Leigh (bass, backing vocals).
Their extensive back-catalogue includes the albums Yesterday and Today (1976), Struck Down (1978), Earthshaker (1981), Black Tiger (1982), Mean Streak (1983), In Rock We Trust (1984), Down for the Count (1985), Contagious (1987), Ten (1990), Musically Incorrect (1995), Endangered Species (1997) and Facemelter (2010).
They were on fire - great set of songs - some of which they dont play often

Fantastic show. Dave still at his best. Solid performance from the new band members too! Great setlist, pretty much all the hits covered as well as some odd ones thrown in the mix. It was nice to see Dave give credit to Phil and other past members, huge respect for that it is clear the legacy of the original band lives on.

Waited a long time to see Y&T live then they delivered 2+ hours of highly polished, professionally delivered non stop solid rock, a night to remember. Thank you Dave, John, Mike & Aaron.
