New York brass house band Too Many Zooz have global appeal. Their band members include Leo Pellegrino (baritone saxophone), Matt "Doe" Muirhead (trumpet) and David "King of Sludge" Parks (drums).
Too Many Zooz continue to release ever more impressive Eps, including F NOTE (2014), Fanimals (2014), The Internet (2015) and ZombiEP (2019). They dropped debut album Subway Gawdz in 2016.
Good space and the crowd was very enganging with these amazing artists. They were really tunned in with us and gave a stellar performance. We danced and danced. In the end they had time to meet the fans and that was very nice :-)

Too Many Zooz, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, London - 9th March 2018
Too Many Zooz at Sub 89 was truly one of the best gigs of my life. Those guys played their audience perfectly, the music was incredible and the talent of the band just mind blowing. Cannot rate it highly enough, this band truly makes love to their crowd with their music!

Too Many Zooz, Sub 89, Reading - 9th November 2017
The gig was brilliant, great atmosphere and friendly crowd. However the bar prices were astronomical, will probably avoid the O2 in Sheffield in the future if alternate venues are possible.

Too Many Zooz, O2 Academy Sheffield, Sheffield - 5th November 2017
As in the title this was the second time seeing Too many Zooz & as before I was not disappointed. They are a marmite kind of group, you either love them or you don't, and they are the best thing I have heard for a long long time. The sound described as Brass House to me has a raw in you face animalistic feel with no frills attached that sends people into a total mad frenzy and in all the gigs over the years I've been to I have never come across anything quite like this. I'm starting to get to know their songs, Bedford (filmed on a subway), Warriors (Google commercial) & We are number one (lazy town - Robbie Rotten song) are just a few of the gems they play. The band of Matt Doe on trumpet, Leo Pellegrino on Baritone & newly acquired Tenor saxophone & King of sludge on drums start of at speed and just don't slow down through the whole gig. As I said I love them & can't wait to see them again

Too Many Zooz, Engine Rooms, Southampton - 3rd November 2017
It was great. The acts were all brilliant in their own unique ways but I would say that the sound could have been balanced a bit better. It was difficult to hear the lyrics through all the music a lot of the time. I was in the accessibility area and felt very well looked after for the whole evening.
