Live music in a small venue...what's not to like? Roz (not Roze) Bruce's solo set, introducing some of the tracks off Infusion's new album, was powerfully delivered and showcased her distinctive vocals and guitar talents. On first, Dan Heathcote, a newcomer singer/songwriter, played an acoustic set of rousing, yet emotive songs. The young fellas forming Blondes were obviously up for performance to please their following of student pals. And this they accomplished with a confident and competent repertoire of lively songs to bring smiles to faces. Yep, all in all, well worth the trip up the motorway!
