Indie pop three-piece Scouting For Girls found success with their 2007 self-titled debut, and subsequently birthed a number of generation-bridging anthems including “She’s So Lovely”, “Elvis Ain’t Dead” and “Heartbeat”. The trio consists of Roy Stride (lead vocals, guitar, keys), Greg Churchouse (bass, backing vocals) and James Rowland (drums).
Further album titles include Everybody Wants to Be on TV (2010), The Light Between Us (2012), Still Thinking About You (2015), The Trouble with Boys (2019), Easy Cover (2021) and The Place We Used to Meet (2023).
The group were very entertaining and mixed with the crowd which was very nice.

Loved Scouting for Girls at Rock City, they were brilliant, couldn't believe the range of ages at the concert. Such a small venue means a great venue. Scouting for Girls have still got it!! And the support act The Dunwells were brilliant - new favourite new new band.
