Fantastic event. Lemn was heartfelt, raw, brilliant - what a presence and what a person. A truly inspirational human being! The supporting poetry artists were also talented. A very enjoyable evening.

Lemn Sissay's performance - during the play reading as well as before and after - left me feeling I had experienced every emotion, from unrestrained laughter to heartwrenching sadness.A wonderful, complex nuanced piece of art. Ably supported by two fine local poets. A fantastic evening.

All 3 performers were very engaging. Powerful performance from Lemn Sissay - the delivery of his story was very moving and emotive. Good venue - location, setting and parking all very good.
